This unusual caravan has been modified from its original specification and has 2 reclining chairs in the living area instead of fixed seating; dining table with four chairs; the gas fire has been replaced with a Dimplex electric one. The main bedroom has a 4'6" long bed, built-in wardrobe and a small tv; the twin bedroom comprises 2 single beds cupboards and wardrobe. Shower room with shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen with fridge freezer and an assortment of utensils.

The caravan has an "onsite resale value" until the end of 2026 hence the low, low price; after that date we would look at it on a year-by-year basis and might ask the exterior to be cleaned or the a-frame painted etc so as to be in keeping with the newer caravans on the park (our oldest in use goes back to 1988 and the owners well before that!)
